Position Details:

• Minimum of 5 years of Database Administration/Web Development experience
• Ability to perform as a working team member to monitor professional staff and to maintain working relationships with staff and service customers
• Knowledge of and ability in database programming techniques, such as application development, maintenance, documentation, testing, debugging and computer operations.
• Ability to logically analyze numerical and narrative data.
• Knowledge of the use of data and process modeling methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy in reviewing and processing complex data.
• Ability and skill in interpreting programming techniques and procedures to agency personnel and related parties.
• Ability to devise new procedures, implements enhanced database administration techniques, and implement improvements to existing database applications.
• Ability to assume multiple project responsibilities in a focused and dedicated manner.

• Experience with JAVASCRIPT, HTML, Cascading Style Sheet, GoldWave, Adobe Photoshop., Acrobat Pro, SharePoint, PHP/MSQL and Dreamweaver.

• Administer, design, develop, and maintain the WLC database.
• Administer, design, develop and maintain WLC SharePoint platform.
• Administer, design, develop, maintain website, e-Campus, and Assessment.
• Administer Blackboard Learning Management System, tracking and reporting on interaction between the learner, course content and the instructor. Set parameters and permissions and provide technical assistance and Blackboard instruction to the staff and faculty.
• Manage and maintain VICE and QuestionMark databases for assessments and the feedback process by authorizing, blending delivery, customizing reports to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and success of the learning process.
