Location: Northwest Anne Arundel County, MD

Position Details:
TS/SCI with a CI Polygraph is required!  Required certification to be 8570 compliant



Provides first contact and incident resolution to customers with hardware, software, and application problems
Includes both customer telephone support as well as electronically submitted requests
Provide polite and friendly customer service
Attempts to resolve as many incidents during the first contact, or at Tier I.  Efficiently escalates incidents to higher Tier II or Tier III when required
Documents incident status and solutions in incident database tools
Possesses current working knowledge of computers, printers, laptops, and common windows applications
Works through various types Tier II issues and telephone assist
Provides answers to Frequently Asked Questions or solutions to common problems as part of a customer self help capability

Certification Required: A+. Security+ or other certification 

 Degree must be in an Applicable Area to Position
Level O High School/GED- 4 years relevant experience, Associate Degree- 2 years relevant experience, Bachelors-O years exp 
Level 1 High School/GED- 6 years relevant experience, Associate Degree- 4 years relevant experience, Bachelors-2 years exp
Level 2 High School/GED-8 years relevant  experience, Associate Degree- 6 years relevant experience, Bachelors - 4 years exp
