COMSO strives to make the COMSO benefits package on par if not better than other companies our size in our industry. We continue to offer very robust health, dental, vision, and life insurance plans. Starting January 2018, all COMSO employees will receive 10 paid Federal holidays. The first paid holiday will be Monday January 1, 2018.
COMSO will continue to invest in our employees by offering tuition reimbursement, employee referral bonuses, an HSA, and 401(k) matching. COMSO will increase the company matching from 4 percent to 6 percent. We have chosen a new 401(k) administrator and financial advisor for our plan who will provide a new investment portfolio and financial planning at no additional cost. COMSO will continue to offer a paid sabbatical for employees after every 5 years of service.
