COMSO, Inc., has inaugurated a new Awards and Recognition program for employees. There are two levels of recognition: Excellence Award and Appreciation Award. Each award comes with a certificate of recognition and a monetary award. Both awards are based on criteria that demonstrate one or more of the following behaviors: Over and Above, Performance, Leadership, Innovation, Give Back.
This is a companywide program that has been implemented to encourage excellence in all that we do for our customers, co-workers, and COMSO. COMSO’s Senior Management team and technical leads nominate individuals to be considered for an award on a quarterly basis. There is no limit or minimum number of awards that may be presented. The first Excellence and Appreciation awards were presented on Thursday May 3, 2018.
