Transaction Strengthens COMSO's CISPOINT Division as Premier Cybersecurity-Focused MSSP in Mid-Atlantic Region
COLUMBIA, MD — February 1, 2026 — COMSO Inc., a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) and leading provider of innovative technologies and solutions for enterprise operations, today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire DNA Solutions, a Baltimore-based managed services provider (MSP) serving businesses across Maryland since 2015.
Once complete, DNA Solutions will become part of CISPOINT, a division of COMSO Inc. CISPOINT is a Maryland-based IT Managed Security Services Provider that delivers IT management, security, and technical support to small- and medium-sized businesses throughout the region. The deal is expected to close in Q1 2026.
