COMSO has been recognized by The Baltimore Sun Media Group as one of the Baltimore area’s 125 Top Workplaces for 2018. The region’s top employers were ranked based on the results of confidential surveys of their employees. 78 percent of COMSO’s employees responded to the survey, conducted by The Sun’s research partner Energage for two weeks in June. The anonymous survey’s questions measured the organization’s long-term potential based on four aspects of workplace culture: organizational alignment, effective execution, meaningful connection with employees, and management skills. The overall survey results were reported in a special Top Workplaces magazine insert to the Baltimore Sun on Sunday, December 2, 2018.
COMSO received the survey results including 120 comments and improvement ideas and will analyze and integrate the results into corporate planning for 2019. COMSO’s CEO Jacqui Magnes thanked COMSO employees in an email and stated, “You are the face of COMSO, this honor is all yours!”
