Referral Eligibility Requirements:
- Referral must possess an active TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph
- Must be submitted via staffing@comso.com / link/portal – TBD
Restrictions:
- Staffing and recruiting agencies (or their employees) and/or consultants are not eligible
- Referrals cannot be a current or former employee of COMSO
- Must be the first person to refer the candidate (eligibility will be determined by timestamp/date of the referral submitted)
- Cannot be a candidate who currently has an offer from COMSO or currently in security clearance processing for a position
- Must not be a recent or current contractor, subcontractor or consultant of COMSO
- Current applicants (within the last 12 months of submission) will not be considered
Payment Terms:
- COMSO will pay the referrer a one-time payment of $1,000.00 per full-time referral hired under the following conditions:
- Referral must acknowledge that he or she was referred by you
- Has been employed for 90 days with COMSO and is in good performance standing with COMSO
In order to receive the $1,000.00 external referral bonus, an IRS Form W-9 must be completed and returned to COMSO (along with any other required documentation). The W-9 form will be provided to you by COMSO once the referred employee has been with the company for 90 days. The bonus will be processed within 30 days of receiving the completed W-9 form. The bonus will be paid by company check from COMSO, Inc.
