COMSO, Inc., has been awarded a 2020 Top Workplaces honor by The Baltimore Sun. COMSO is one of 125 Baltimore area employers who made the list this year, based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
More than 75% of COMSO’s employees responded to the survey, with more than 100 comments or suggestions offered by the respondents. COMSO’s management team reviews and analyzes the survey results and uses the feedback to assist with corporate planning for the coming year and to identify areas of opportunities to enhance our culture.
